Vivienne prepared/cooked two-course dinners for our group of 10 when we stayed at Chateau Marcoux in early September this year.
Each and every course that Vivienne gave us was extremely good – her attention to taste and presentation is excellent. With fairly discerning diners in our group, I noticed that each and every one raved about her food.
Some of the choices I had made were for well-known dishes to which Vivienne added an interesting twist, giving us all welcome ideas! Her Onion Tarte Tatin was superb, her Sauce Vierge to serve with salmon delicious and both the chocolate olive oil cake and the Lemon Polenta cake were scrumptious!
It was a pleasure to deal with Vivienne throughout. She is efficient, supplied menu ideas very quickly and produced everything on time with easy-to-follow instructions of how to finish off each course. Above all, she is a very talented chef.

‘My family (including 2 small grandchildren and a vegetarian) spent a wonderful week at a remote beautiful hilltop chateau in the Lot et Garonne region. Vivienne was able to come in for 3 of the nights we were there and cooked us some amazing 3 course meals, thus enabling us to completely relax and enhancing our stay.
We will hopefully return and will absolutely book Vivienne’s services again. Nothing was too much trouble for her.’
